Griffin turned TWO on Sunday, March 25. Please observe a moment of
loudness in honor of this occasion.
First week of May - Griffin says his name! "Gwuffun"
Mid-April - Griff was in the bath, playing with trucks on a ramp we'd built from
the bathtub edge. He looked up and said, "Happy." First time he's expressed
happiness in words.
Loves to clink "cheers" with drinks
G's current lexicon:

Up-ease (help, please)
Dawt (dirt - this gets a lot of play)
Mok (milk)
Garage
Names all the colors (e.g., lello for yellow)
Shouts GO-O-O-O-O! at green lights
Pok (park - says this frequently in the car)
Identifies animals by sounds they make (oinking, hooting, trumpeting, etc)
Greets everybody at the store, etc. with a wave and emphatic "Fie!"

Current favorites Tools! Rubber mallet, screwdrivers of every size, rakes and everything to do with gardening. Adores lawn mowers and leaf-blowers. Has his own (a garden-hose watering wand) and loves to run around making leaf-blower sounds. Loves fruit of every kind, and books, especially those concerning trucks. |
